The funny figures from artist Axel Claes give a twist to the necessary road works in our neighbourhood, they give us the chance to look at the inconveniences in a light-hearted way.
We want to say to our customers and visitors: don’t let these works stop you, on the contrary, come by and enjoy at the same time these absurd images in downtown Dansaert!

About Axel Claes:
Brussels artist Axel Claes is a founder and leading member of the art platform PTTL (Plus Tôt Te Laat) - an association that produces videos, posters, exhibitions and workshops, often in a collaborative and open way.
Axel Claes is also a printer at rosi, an illustrator and a freelance filmmaker. He is very versatile and his creativity reaches outside the known paths of the visual arts, rather than colouring within them.
